Tango - dance of love at Iziko
Museums!
On 28 November, at 13:00, the sensuous sounds of the tango will
liven up the elegant halls of Cape Town's famous house museum,
Iziko Koopmans-De Wet House in Strand Street. Popular all-female
string and flute group, the Ace Quartet, who have held several
successful lunchtime concerts at this 18th century venue, will
celebrate the festive season with a melodious potpourri of
tangos, Christmas medleys and selections from Mozart and Bach.
Entry to the concert, which runs for one hour, is R5 adults, R2
for children, pensioners and students on production of a card.
