Summer school ends on a poetic note on Friday

Iziko’s Summer School programme ends on a poetic note on Friday 29 February with a performance of ‘Ansela van der Caab’ at the Iziko Slave Lodge from 17:30-19:30. Ansela was a slave woman who lived in the notorious Slave Lodge in the 1680’s. Her poignant story takes the form of a poetry reading by Diana Ferrus who will be accompanied by musicians Victor Fredericks and Charles Louw.
