30/04/2008 Dulcet sounds at Old Town House

On Sunday 11 May at 18:00, the elegant Hals Room at the Old Town House in Greenmarket Square will once again be filled with the dulcet sounds of chamber music when the Friends of the Michaelis Collection host a musical soirée at this gracious art museum.

Accomplished musicians, cellist Cheryl de Havilland and pianist Beverley Howman, will perform works by Bach, Vivaldi and Beethoven.

After the recital, guests can enjoy light refreshments and an opportunity to mingle with musicians and Friends.

Entry is R75 for Friends and R85 for members, all inclusive. Tickets can be bought at the door on the evening. Safe parking is available. Enquiries to David Brereton at Tel. 021 531 0131.
