23/06/2008 Lunch-hour concert to soothe your soul

City workers and visitors to Cape Town’s CBD can take time out to enjoy a soothing hour of light  classical music presented by the Ace Quartet. On Thursday, 10 July at 13:00, this popular all-female  group will perform at Iziko Koopmans-De Wet House, the famous house museum in Strand  Street. Comprising violin, viola, cello and flute, the group’s distinctive approach is to select appropriate  compositions on the day. Favourites include Vivaldi, Mozart and Bach, interspersed with movie themes  and Latin numbers.

Tickets cost R5 and may be purchased at the door.
