04/09/2008 Beautiful sounds, elegant surrounds - Concert at Old Town House

On Sunday evening, 14 September 2008 at 18:00, accomplished musicians Jürgen Schwietering (violin) and Alex Gabriel (piano) will give a music recital in the heart of Cape Town.

The composers whose works will be performed include Beethoven, Brahms, Dvorak and Sarasate. The concert is hosted by the Friends of the Michaelis Collection in the gracious Old Town House on Greenmarket Square, home of the famous Iziko Michaelis Collection of paintings by the Old Dutch Masters.

The recital will be followed by wine and refreshments and an opportunity to meet the artists.

Tickets at R75 (members) and R85 (visitors) will be sold at the door.
