Remembering America – photos of Stephen Shore

On Sunday 12 October at 11:00 at the Iziko South African National Gallery, there will be a walkabout of ‘Stephen Shore: Colouring American Photography’ with curator Meredith Randall. The engaging photographs of Shore, who was just 24 when he held a solo exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, document the cultural landscape of America during the 70s and 80s.
