Iziko Museums invites all curious young explorers (ages 7–15) to join our Spring School Holiday Programme on 6, 7 & 9 October 2025!
This interactive edutainment experience gives learners the chance to engage with science, history, and culture in fun and creative ways.
Participants can book a single workshop or join us for the full three-day programme.
What’s Included:

Day 1: Monday, 6 October, from 11:00 Iziko Planetarium and Digital Dome
Blast off with us this October holiday!
Explore the planets and create your own Solar System masterpiece to take home.
Day 2: Tuesday, 7 October, from 11:00 Iziko South African Museum
Puppet Planet presents a show and activity on marine ecology and the ancient life of our oceans.
Day 3: Thursday, 9 October, from 11:00 Iziko South African National Gallery
Unlock your creativity at the Iziko South African National Gallery and explore drawing and printmaking techniques inspired by legendary South African artists!
