Glass

The glass collection includes items bearing the monogram of the Dutch East India Company (VOC), and the Rosa van Gelderen Collection, a small but representative collection depicting English Victorian glass. In the bottle collection is an empty bottle of Constantia Pontac, dating from 1791. A few works created by Shirley Cloete, Gary Thompson and David Reade, reflect the South African Glass Movement.
